Its Dedicato line uses a certified 100 percent Puglia supply chain involving farmers, millers and researchers from CREA, with pasta drawn through bronze dies and dried at low temperatures. The wider range includes classic, whole wheat, egg, organic, gluten-free and special pasta, as well as tomato preserves, olive oil, legumes, sauces and flours. The company states that it works with the cereal research centre in Foggia.
