Zámecký pivovar Břeclav is a Czech brewery run by Pivovary Koruny české s.r.o. that has revived beer brewing in Břeclav since 2012. The town has brewed beer for more than 500 years. The beers are made in the old Czech way by double decoction, using only Czech raw materials, including local water, Pilsner-type malt and Žatec hops. Fermentation takes place for 10 days in open vats, followed by 6 to 12 weeks of maturation in a lager cellar. The portfolio includes permanent beers, specials and unfiltered, unpasteurised beers.
