Wye Valley Brewery is an independent, third-generation family-owned brewery in Stoke Lacy, Herefordshire, brewing since 1985. Its beers include Nightjar stout, 1985 lager, Butty Bach, HPA, Hopfather session IPA, Wholesome Stout and Fandango, an IPA. The brewery uses British-grown Maris Otter barley and whole hop cones, with more than half of its hops sourced within 10 miles. It works with local hop growers in Herefordshire and sells through trade partners, its own pubs and an online shop. It also describes a commitment to sustainability.
