Westby Cooperative Creamery is a farmer-owned dairy cooperative in Westby, Wisconsin, operating since 1903. It makes cultured dairy foods from simple ingredients, including cottage cheese, dips, sour cream and butter, with an organic line as well. Milk comes from its nearly 100 member-owned family dairy farms. The creamery also supplies food service and ingredient customers and offers private label production. It recently completed a 14 million dollar project to expand and modernize its cottage cheese production.
