Description
Weiss Provision Company is a Pittsburgh meat supplier that has been in business for over 60 years, with a founder who started the company in 1958. It offers beef, lamb, pork, veal, poultry, specialty and game meats, deli meats and cheese. Its portfolio includes prime grade beef, Berkshire pork, antibiotic-free chicken, wagyu beef, and locally sourced and grass-fed proteins. All products are hand cut by trained meat cutters. The company still makes its own corned beef, roast beef and pastrami using the founder's recipe, and customers can pick up orders at its Strip District location or receive delivery.
