Weber Haus is a Brazilian distillery in the Serra Gaúcha region, with roots in German immigration and a family business that has grown over several generations. It makes cachaça from organic sugar cane, with a 100 percent organic production that it says is sustainable, and it describes itself as the most awarded cachaça distillery in Brazil, with more than 150 awards.
