Description

Vitkin Winery is a family boutique winery in the Hefer Valley in Israel, set between vineyards and orchards. It was founded in 2001 by brothers-in-law Doron Blogolovsky and Assaf Paz on the farm of Doron's grandparents, after Assaf finished studies in viticulture and winemaking at the University of Bordeaux. Its wines include a white Carignan, Gewürztraminer, Grenache Blanc, Riesling and the Israeli Journey red wines. The winery has a visitor centre, hosts events and outdoor corporate events, and sells wine through an online shop. It also offers gift packs for businesses.
