Vissan (Vietnam Meat Industries Joint Stock Company) is a Vietnamese meat processor and distributor founded in 1970 and operating since 1974. It runs a closed chain from livestock farming and slaughtering to the production and sale of fresh, frozen and processed meat, including VietGAP pork and imported Australian beef. Its processed lines cover sterilized sausages, Chinese-style sausages, canned foods, Vietnamese pork rolls, cold cuts, frozen and dried products, as well as meat-flavoured seasoning. Products are sold through its own store chain and domestic and export distribution networks.
