Vinařství Volařík is a Czech winery whose wines come from grapes grown in the Pálava area near Mikulov in Moravia. It works with the motto that wine is its life and says it respects the character of each grape variety in cultivation and processing. Its wines include varieties such as Solaris, Welschriesling and Muškát moravský, and the harvest of 2026 has just finished. The winery also produces verjus, a juice pressed from unripe grapes with high acidity and low sugar, used in sauces, dressings and drinks. Its wines are sold at the winery's sales point, through two wine shops and through its e-shop.
