Its range includes harissa, tahini, spices, preserved lemons, ras el hanout and a single-estate extra virgin olive oil made from hand-harvested Moroccan Picholine olives from an organically certified farm in the Atlas Mountains. The company says its recipes have been passed down from generation to generation. Its Harissa No. 1 has been praised by Christopher Kimball's Milk Street.
