Description

Verrigni is an Italian artisan pasta maker, Antico Pastificio Rosetano, active since 1898. It makes pasta with 100 percent Italian durum wheat semolina and water from the Gran Sasso, dried slowly for up to 72 hours at no more than 45 to 50 degrees. The company produces both bronze-die pasta and gold-die pasta, a method it introduced in 2007. It also offers organic and biodynamic pasta and supplies fine dining restaurants as well as consumers.
