Veroni is an Italian cured meat producer that has been making salumi since 1925, when five brothers started a small provincial delicatessen. Its range includes mortadella, cooked and raw ham such as Crudo di Parma, salami, speck, coppa, pancetta, guanciale, lardo and bresaola. It also offers a Tasty & Fit line, pre-sliced packs and a food service range. Its Mortadella 1925 is cooked slowly and tied by hand, and its Veroni mortadella is made with Himalayan pink salt.
