Description

Unverpackt Saarbrücken is a zero-waste food shop run by owner Birgit Klöber. Customers bring their own containers, weigh them empty and fill them with the goods they want, so that they pay only for the product itself. The range covers pasta, rice, grains, flour, spices, vinegar, oils, muesli, sweets, vegetables and fruit, and the shop works with farmers, bakers and suppliers from the surrounding region. Coffee that does not come from the region is sourced from certified fair trade, and the shop is a member of the Unverpackt e.V. professional association.
