A richer, more complex alternative to soy sauce. This luxury dipping sauce is a soy-free alternative to soy sauce, made by natural fermentation, then reduced to concentrate the flavours. Made in Worcestershire from British fava beans; mushrooms which are grown and roasted in the UK; and our own white rice koji.
