Description

Tsui Wah Restaurant began in 1967 as a small cafe in Mong Kok, Hong Kong, and has grown into a chain of Hong Kong-style cha chaan teng restaurants. It was the first cha chaan teng listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange main board. Restaurants operate in Hong Kong, Macau, mainland China and Singapore, and the group has opened newer brands including a Shanghai pan-fried bun and noodle concept, a Japanese fast food concept, an omurice restaurant and a Western cafe. Central kitchens and a food factory operate under an ISO 22000:2018 food safety system. The group also offers catering.
