Tsanos is a Greek bakery producing traditional baked goods, whose story goes back to 1933 when the founder's great-grandfather began making them. In 1988 his grandson Vangelis Tsanos founded his own koulouria bakery, drawing on recipes passed down through the generations. Its products include koulouria, biscotti, sugar-free koulouria, crackers, breadsticks, rusks (paximadia), tsanakia and breads, as well as sweets and traditional bread. The company has a food service range and small packs for on-the-go eating. It has exhibited at trade fairs such as SIAL Paris and IDDBA in Houston.
