Treiber Tofu GmbH is a Berlin-based maker of traditional Asian tofu specialities, founded in 1995 by Markus Treiber and Xiao-Fen Chen. The founders set out to bring a little-known and misunderstood food to wider recognition. Its products are made fresh every day by a traditional process and supplied to retailers. The range includes natural tofu and extra-soft tofu, each in a 450 g pack. The natural tofu is firmer and suits cooking, frying and grilling, while the extra-soft tofu is creamy and used in desserts. The soybeans used originate from Canada and France.
