Description

Tonković Winery is a family winery in northern Bačka, Serbia, founded in 2006 with the aim of reviving the Kadarka grape variety. Its vineyards grow on a specific sandy soil, and the winery is dug into a sand dune beside the vineyard. The wines include Allegro, a Blanc de noir made from Kadarka, a Rozé, Fantazija, Rapsodija and Icon. All of its wooden barrels hold 300 litres and are made from Hungarian oak, and the company says all the work in the winery, including pressing, is done by hand.
