Description

The Donum Estate is a winery in the Carneros region of Sonoma, California, in the United States, producing estate-grown Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It focuses on single-vineyard, single-appellation wines and farms its vineyards with regenerative organic practices. In the cellar, each vineyard site is fermented separately in small lots using native yeasts before the winemaking team assembles the final wines. The estate also houses The Donum Collection, a collection of contemporary art with works commissioned in response to the land. It hosts tasting experiences, private experiences and events, and offers a membership with allocations of new release and library wines.
