Description

The Crucial Sauce Company is a British sauce maker that began in Birmingham in 2001. It offers more than 20 flavours in a 500 ml retail size and a 1 litre caterer's size. Its popular sauces include yoghurt and mint, garlic mayo, spicy mayo, sweet chilli, Thai style and BBQ sauce. The sauces are found in takeaways and street-food stalls across the country, as well as in retail stores. The company presents them as versatile enough for recipes beyond use as a side sauce.
