The Chocolate Line is a Belgian family chocolatier led by Dominique Persoone, with shops in Bruges and Antwerp. It has worked with restaurants such as The Fat Duck, Noma and El Bulli and with fashion houses such as Louis Vuitton and Dries Van Noten. Its pralines include unusual fillings such as home-grown tomatoes, caramelised shrimp heads and artificial saliva. The company grows its own cocoa beans on The Chocolate Line Plantation in Mexico and also makes tree-to-bar chocolate. In 2023 it was named the top chocolatier in Belgium by Gault & Millau, and it appears in the Michelin guide.
