The primary potato supplier is Cranney Farms, a multi-generational Idaho company that was homesteaded in 1907 and is based in Oakley. The company also makes tortilla chips cooked in tallow, and produces limited edition chips branded with Boise State Athletics and University of Idaho Athletics for retailers in the Treasure Valley.
