't Kaaswinkeltje is a family-run cheese shop on Lange Tiendeweg in the old centre of Gouda, in the Netherlands. It describes itself as the oldest cheese shop in Gouda and has been run since 1993 by the current owners, Ad and Krijniëlle, in the second generation. The building began as a dairy shop around 1880. It sells more than 200 types of cheese, including unpasteurised cheeses. Cheeses are vacuum-sealed in the shop so they keep for up to three months.
