Description

't Hofbrouwerijke is a small Belgian brewery that makes artisanal beer and matures it professionally. It is run by a family, with founder Jef Goetelen brewing after an early attempt in a biochemistry lab, a long pause and a restart in 2001. He attended brewing school and spent about two years experimenting through the Molse Bier- en Wijngilde before moving the brewing to his own farm, which gave the brewery its name. More than ten beers are brewed there, each with its own recipe. The brewery has expanded in recent years, helped by a successful crowdfunding campaign.
