Description

Steve's Leaves is a UK brand that grows baby leaf salads outdoors. The leaves are washed in spring water and packed ready to eat in 80g bags, and the company says each bag counts as one of the five daily portions of fruit and vegetables. The range includes a pea shoots and baby leaves mix, a watercress and baby leaves blend, and a butterhead mix with lamb's lettuce and baby spinach. The company describes itself as the pioneer of mixed baby leaf salad in the UK and highlights its work on biodiversity.
