It farms more than 1,500 hectares of its own sea areas around Chiloé in Chilean Patagonia, equal to about 70,000 tonnes of mussels a year. Its natural and organic Chilean mussels, known as choritos, are cultivated, processed and exported to more than 60 countries on five continents. The company also sells smoked salmon.
