Description

Spirit of York is a Toronto distillery that makes vodka, gin, whisky and aquavit. Its site combines the still with a restaurant serving farm-to-table food and a drink menu. The company offers tours with tastings, a make-your-own gin experience and cocktail workshops. It also hosts events, runs a spirits club and has a list of retailers where its products are sold. The company says its goal is to craft spirits of the highest quality for the city of Toronto, with a focus on community.
