Spier is a regenerative wine farm in Stellenbosch, South Africa, where wine has been made since 1692. Its 76-room hotel and wine cellar sit on 620 hectares of vines, restored renosterveld and fynbos, which follow more than 30 years of ecological restoration. The farm offers nine wine collections, ranging from everyday wines and canned wines to certified organic ranges and the single-varietal 21 Gables. Guests can also use a spa with botanicals grown on the farm, eat at several restaurants, picnics and a smokehouse and bakery, and attend wine tastings. Spier additionally hosts meetings and events.
