Spielberger Mühle is a German mill that produces organic grain products in Demeter quality, with sites in Brackenheim and Würzburg. It has carried on the milling craft since the 1930s and draws on experience built over three generations. Its range covers flours and speciality flours, such as rye black bread flour and potato bread flour, as well as flakes, grains, semolina, pasta and pulses. New functional organic flakes include High Protein, Beta Glucan and gut-health varieties. The mill also runs a mill shop and an online shop, and supports grain breeding and sustainability projects.
