Description

Solaes is a Dutch craft brewery on the island of Goeree-Overflakkee, with a brewpub in Ouddorp that opened in February 2024 in a former chicory factory. The brewpub serves its own beers alongside dishes through a Beer & Foodpairing concept, with a menu that follows the seasons and uses local island produce. The brewery also runs a tasting room in Sommelsdijk, where the Solaes story began and where draught beer is served. Its beers include a core range, one-off beers and collaborations with other brewers, and it sells beer packages and gift vouchers online.
