SM Ryki — Spółdzielnia Mleczarska Ryki, known as SM Ryki, is a Polish dairy cooperative based in Ryki with more than 100 years of tradition. It makes yellow cheeses from Polish milk supplied by local suppliers, under names such as Rycki Edam, Rycki Maasdam, Rycka Gouda, Rycki Ementaler and Rycki Śmietankowy. It has also introduced KremSer, a cheese for spreading, dipping and cooking. The company says Rycki Edam received a Złoty Paragon award and that it presented at SIAL Paris 2026. It has a section for business customers and has announced an extension of its plant.
