Description
Slate Run Vineyard Winery is a vineyard and winery in central Ohio, about 19 miles southeast of downtown Columbus. It describes itself as a traditional style artisan winegrower and offers 17 proprietary wines for tasting and purchase. All its wines are made from 100% Ohio fruit, with apples sourced from Hugus Orchards and Concord grapes from another Ohio vineyard. The winery ships wine only within Ohio, and the vineyard sits on a glacial moraine with its own mix of soils and microclimate.
