Sirop de Liège is a Belgian maker of traditional Liège syrup, produced from 100% Belgian apples and pears that are cooked slowly in a cauldron, a method it has followed since 1880. The syrup is sold in jars and in squeezable bottles, with apricot and raspberry versions of the squeeze range added recently. The company states that its products contain no chemical products, preservatives or colourings.
