Description

Sint Servattumus is a craft brewery in Schijndel, the Netherlands, specialised in speltbeers brewed from malt, spelt and hops, with the hops preferably sourced locally. The brewery began in 1992, when the brothers Carli and Henk van den Ekart and Toon van der Heijden started brewing in a kitchen. The step from home brewing to professional brewing came with the founding of Stichting Bierbrouwerij Sint Servattumus. The beers are made in several styles, and the range has been extended with an Amber and a Quadrupel. The brewery also offers excursions.
