Description
Simit Sarayı is an Istanbul-based bakery-café chain founded in 2002, serving freshly baked simit, pastries, cakes and other bakery products with tea and coffee. It opened the world's first simit factory in Sancaktepe in 2005, moved to franchising in 2007 and has since opened stores abroad, including in the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom and Bahrain; it also supplies airline catering.
