Sheldon Creek Dairy is a family-owned dairy farm in Ontario, Canada, run by the den Haan family on the third-generation Haanview farm and farming since 1953. It milks 75 purebred Holstein cows bred for A2A2 genetics and says it is the first in Canada to produce milk free from A1 proteins. The farm produces and bottles non-homogenized milk on site and makes yogurt, kefir, labneh and flavoured milks. It also sells pasture-raised Shorthorn beef by the freezer package. The farm runs a farm store, supplies wholesale customers and offers co-packing services.
