Shaw and Smith is a winery in the Adelaide Hills of South Australia, founded in 1989 by cousins Martin Shaw and Michael Hill-Smith MW. It makes wines that express their site and season, including Sauvignon Blanc, M3 Chardonnay, Gamay and Pinot Noir. It also bottles single vineyard Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Shiraz, among them a Lenswood Vineyard Pinot Noir. A tasting room overlooks the Balhannah Vineyard and serves wine flights, wines by the glass and a cold larder menu. The winery also runs a wine club, hosts functions and organises matched wine dining events.
