Description

Selo is a family of farmers in Băleni-Sârbi, Dâmbovița county in Romania, who started their project in March 2020 after working the land for years. They make preparations from local vegetables and fruit, such as tomato juice, tomato and basil sauce, pepper paste, eggplant zacuscă, pickled hot peppers and jams including hot pepper, pumpkin and rhubarb. The products are described as artisanal and 100 percent natural. Selo sells them through an online shop and organises its range into sauces and juices, pickles and zacuscă, and jams.
