Description

Schlossbrauerei Stelzer is a private family brewery in Fattigau in Upper Franconia, near Hof an der Saale. The brewing site goes back to 1353, and the family's grandfather bought the brewery in 1900. It brews with water from its own 98 metre deep well, using regional malt and hops and cold fermentation. It was the first brewery in Upper Franconia to brew with Bioland organic raw materials. The beer is sold from the brewery, through a home delivery service and an online shop that ships across Germany.
