Savorworks Roasters is an Indian producer of artisanal coffee and bean-to-bar chocolate that draws on the country's diverse flavours. Its coffees include Heisenberg and Riverdale, which come from Riverdale Estate, and a dark roast called Vienna made with beans from Yercaud. The chocolate range consists of single-origin dark bars at 72 and 85 percent cacao, among them a Gin & Tonic bar that won an award and a bar made with cacao from Anamalai Estate in southern India. The company also offers gifting, consulting and an academy, and has made edible postcard chocolates in collaboration with Hilton India.
