Samish Bay Cheese is a farm in the northwest corner of Skagit County, Washington, owned and operated by Suzanne and Roger Wechsler. The family farms about 200 acres with a mixed herd, mostly Milking Shorthorns, in an environment suited to organic farming. It makes certified organic cheese, yogurt and labneh from its own milk. The farm also raises beef, pork and veal, and its shop sells wine, cider, beer, juice, honey, jams and other local artisan products.
