Description

Sa Giang is a Vietnamese food company that grew from a traditional prawn cracker workshop founded in 1960 by Mr. Lê Minh Triết. It won its first international award, a silver medal at the Osaka fair in Japan, in 1970. Output has grown from 200 tonnes a year at the start to 9,000 tonnes a year, and the company exports to more than 30 countries. Its products include prawn crackers, rice products and rice paper, instant products and meal kits. Its markets include Asia, Europe, the Americas and Australia.
