Rotwildgehege HonoldDescription
Rotwildgehege Honold is a small family business in the Allgäu that has marketed venison and game sausage specialities for 28 years under the name Wild2000. The game comes from four surrounding hunting grounds and from the family's own near-natural red deer enclosures. The range includes Allgäuer Rehsalami, roe deer ham, wild boar salami and wild boar ham, as well as gift bags. The family sells directly from the producer through an online shop and a farm shop, and states that it works regionally and with respect for the animals.
