Riso di Nori is the rice brand of Azienda Agricola Bertolone in Collobiano, in the Vercelli area of Italy, a family of rice growers since the nineteenth century. The farm offers fully Italian rices and works to safeguard the biodiversity of classic historic varieties that are at risk of disappearing. It still grows Carnaroli Classico, Rosa Marchetti and Sant'Andrea DOP Baraggia, which it presents as flagship varieties for Italian risotto. It also publishes recipes, including ones with its Violet and Orange rices.
