Rancho San Luis is a Mexican company founded in 2001 that produces and markets fresh vegetables, with a focus on fresh potatoes. It began as a vegetable grower and moved on to selling in the fresh market and processing for the final consumer, and it supplies the main supermarket chains across Mexico. Its history on the site goes back to 1987, when it began operating at the Central de Abastos, and in 2008 it launched a line of semi-processed products for food service.
