Raciola is a Czech poultry processing company in Uherský Brod that slaughters, cuts and sells poultry. It is owned by the LUKROM group, which supplies the live chickens from closed farms, and it employs about 160 people. Meat processing takes place in the Czech Republic, every bird is inspected by the state veterinary administration, and the plant meets the IFS quality standard. The poultry is chilled with air, which the company says improves shelf life. Raciola also sells through two company shops, in Uherský Brod and in Veselí nad Moravou.
