Description

Quijote Kaffee is a German direct-import coffee roastery. It states that all its coffees come from democratically organised smallholder cooperatives in long-term partnerships, with a focus on quality and ecological and social sustainability. The range includes espresso, filter coffee, coffee for automatic machines and raw coffee for home roasters, plus coffee accessories, books and other fairly traded items such as black pepper, guayusa tea and tonic syrup. It also supplies coffee for businesses and gastronomy and works with cafes. The roastery produces a weekly quantity of 3,600 kilograms, which it releases in its webshop each Monday.
