Description

Provisions of Central Otago is a New Zealand producer of chutneys, jams and preserves, founded around 2003 by Jane Shaw and Pauline Murphy to promote fruit from the Central Otago district. Its products are handmade from fruit grown in its own Cherry Up Orchard at Cromwell, with other fruit bought from local orchards. The company operated from the heritage site at Old Cromwell Town and was one of ten national winners in the inaugural artisan food awards of Cuisine Magazine in 2009. It is currently restructuring its manufacturing and is not taking new orders.
