Primor is a Portuguese producer of charcuterie and pork meat, with more than 60 years of history. Its charcuterie range includes extra bacon, extra leg ham, oven-roasted turkey breast, chourico and barbecue sausage, and it has a new range of pork cuts. Several of its products, including Bacon Extra, Fiambre da Perna Extra and the barbecue sausage, were awarded Consumer Choice 2025. The company is based in Gavião in northern Portugal and shares recipes for tapas, meals, snacks and desserts.
