Description

Prespes Fasolia grows pulses on the shores of Lesser Prespa lake in the north-west of Macedonia, Greece, near the village of Laimos in the Prespes national park. Its range includes the well-known Prespes beans, lentils and chickpeas, as well as organic Prespes pulses. The company cultivates the crops with natural manure fertilisation and a great deal of manual work. The pulses are sold both wholesale and retail.
